PingIn.me is a platform that allows users to create personal profile pages where they can share their information, social media links, and receive contact requests from visitors. The Service includes creating and customizing your profile page, sharing a unique URL, receiving and managing contact requests from visitors, viewing analytics about your profile, and exporting contact information. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service or any features or portions thereof without prior notice.

To use our Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, all activities that occur under your account, providing accurate and complete information, and keeping your account information up to date. You must be at least 13 years old to use this Service. You may not use another person's account without permission, create more than one account, or share your account credentials with any other person.

When you create an account, you claim a unique username. You may not use a username that infringes on trademarks or intellectual property, impersonate others or create misleading usernames, use offensive or inappropriate usernames, or sell, trade, or transfer your username. PingIn.me offers a free plan with basic features and a PRO plan with additional capabilities. Free plan features include profile creation and basic contact request management. PRO features include unlimited contact requests and notifications, detailed analytics and insights, advanced customization options, and priority support. We reserve the right to modify our pricing and features at any time with reasonable advance notice to existing subscribers.

If you subscribe to a PRO plan, you agree to pay all applicable fees. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled. Refunds are provided according to our refund policy. We may change pricing with advance notice. Payment processing is handled by third-party payment processors, and you agree to their terms of service. You are responsible for all taxes associated with your use of paid features.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from your dashboard. Upon termination, your profile will be removed from public view, your data will be deleted according to our privacy policy, and you will lose access to all paid features. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, that the Service is free from viruses or harmful components, or that the results from using the Service will meet your requirements. Your use of the Service is at your sole risk.
